We’ve completed a full concrete structures package to develop a stunning, purpose built commercial building, located at 1-11 Gordon Street, Cremorne in Melbourne’s bustling activity hub.
Our structures team delivered this project during one of the toughest times in history, adapted to challenges and persevered with limited resources available during COVID lockdown periods.
Encore is the redevelopment of a 20th-century heritage listed factory into an impressive seven-story sustainable strata-office complex. The project will consist of 20 office spaces, ground floor retail, outdoor rooftop terrace and will feature an abundance of amenities for tenants, plus secure basement car parking.
