We’re excited to announce that Symal is officially accredited by the Federal Safety Commissioner of Australia (FSC).
We received the great news yesterday from the Attorney-General’s Department that Symal has been accredited under its Work Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme. Not only is this a big step on our safety journey, furthermore it opens the opportunity to tender for federally funded projects, previously unavailable to us.
The accreditation reaffirms our proactive approach towards health and safety as well as our ambition to work on larger-scale projects with our clients.
We would like to take this opportunity to celebrate and thank the hard-working and extremely diligent HSEQ team including the Geelong-Bacchus Marsh Road (1 and 3) project teams for their tireless dedication to making this happen.
In the spirit of reconciliation, Symal acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their continuing connection to land, sea and water. We pay respect to their Elders past, present and emerging and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
We acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as Australia’s First Peoples whose cultural practices continue today.
