Symal delivered a full structures package for the 4,383sqm development that included 183 apartments and over 1,000sqm of retail and commercial office space and basement car parking. Set over six levels, Symal constructed the footings, and all vertical and horizontal concrete elements including suspended slabs, in-situ walls, suspended slabs, post-tensioning and reinforcing works, columns and stairs.
In the spirit of reconciliation, Symal acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their continuing connection to land, sea and water. We pay respect to their Elders past, present and emerging and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
