Symal was engaged to deliver the full structures package for a 61-apartment residential building and car park on 3,000sqm footprint per level over six levels on the corner of Leveson Street and Ryans Lane in North Melbourne. Symal completed all concrete footings, precast installation, concrete columns, suspended stairs, all vertical and horizontal concrete, suspended slabs, in-situ walls, post-tensioning and reinforcing works.
In the spirit of reconciliation, Symal acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their continuing connection to land, sea and water. We pay respect to their Elders past, present and emerging and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
