Paul leads Davison. His 30-plus years in earthmoving span estimating, project management and business administration, with delivery experience across bulk excavation, road and pavement construction, rail works, contaminated spoil remediation, demolition and complex services placement.
The State Manager role does not pull Paul off the work. He reviews scope, attends key client meetings and personally oversees high-value or technically demanding projects.
Outside the business, Paul served as SA President of the Civil Contractors Federation from 2017 to October 2021, and has been a National CCF Board Member since 2018. The same industry voice clients hear at conferences is the one signing off their tenders.
Len runs the day-to-day operations of the business. His training as a civil engineer combines with two-plus decades in the SA construction industry, with specialist depth in asphalt, concrete, quarrying, contract management and project management across both private and government settings.
That cross-sector background drives the operational systems that turn tender wins into delivered work. Len's role bridges senior client relationships and the field teams, so the methodology that wins the project is the methodology that lands on site.
Len holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours) from the University of South Australia and an MBA from the University of Adelaide.
Paul runs Davison's site operations. His career across major civil contracts at Davison, York Civil and Cook Constructions covers technically difficult work: bridge construction, live traffic-management projects, and complex-site builds where programme failure is not an option.
Paul mentors and oversees the field teams to keep work on time, on budget and to the quality standard the business commits to. His judgment on plant allocation, crew capacity and supervision coverage is what keeps multiple concurrent jobs moving on programme.
Michael is the senior project management voice in the team. He leads high-value contracts and supports the project managers handling concurrent works across the portfolio.
His 30-plus years in earthmoving covers maintenance, bulk excavation, road and pavement construction, stormwater, contaminated spoil remediation, demolition and major services placement. The depth shows in client relationships: principals on his projects come back, often across multiple sectors.
Michael's practical construction knowledge translates into a no-fuss, controlled approach to difficult project scenarios. His judgment on scope sequencing and risk is the difference between programme certainty and slippage.
