Our Project Manager Tin Vo started out as a Project Administrator in the construction industry and now he leads the construction team on our tallest structure, The Peak – a 44-storey apartment building located at 141 Latrobe Street, Melbourne.

Tin leads a team of 20 full-time site workers that increases to 25 on concrete pours. The team was preparing for pouring level 32 at the time of this visit – 40 cubic metres of concrete being poured per level requiring six concrete trucks and a high-pressure pump pushing soft grade concrete up to the required floor.

Tin says, “The site team has developed an efficient system and know their roles and responsibilities. What started as a five-day cycle per floor is now achieved in four and when required we can go to three days.”
