Our undergraduate program helps you take charge of your civil construction future.

Nothing beats hands-on experience

That's why we created the Charge undergraduate program. It gives passionate university students like you the chance to get stuck in on live sites and learn what it takes to deliver great work.

Charge sees us partner with select Australian universities to create the well-rounded leaders of tomorrow. Our tailored placements range from 12 weeks to 12 months, equipping you with the skills needed to be employment ready by the time you finish up.

The journey doesn't end here. Once you've completed the program, you can fast-track your construction career by applying to our Ignite Graduate Program.
