Bushfire Recovery Victoria is the government's initiative in Victoria, Australia, supporting communities and properties affected by bushfires in various locations throughout Central Highlands, Yarra Ranges, Cardinia, Murrindindi, Central Gippsland, and Southwest Gippsland municipalities.

This program aids with financial assistance, rebuilding, and mental health support. Within this effort, the Storm and Flood Clean-Up initiative tackled the aftermath of a storm and flood event in June 2021, targeting over 1,000 properties with an estimated monthly spending of $10 million at its peak.

We handled various tasks including tree removal, demolition, asbestos removal, and infrastructure restoration, adapting to challenges like difficult terrain and changing conditions.

Innovations such as specialised equipment and local subcontractor engagement ensured efficient and safe cleanup efforts.
