Situated between Power Street and Glenferrie Road, Symal was engaged to complete a commercial retail and office development. Works covered over 8,000sqm across 10 levels inclusive of three basement level car parks. This was a full structural post-tension design and construct package including footings, all vertical and horizontal in situ concrete and access stairs to the entire building.
In the spirit of reconciliation, Symal acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their continuing connection to land, sea and water. We pay respect to their Elders past, present and emerging and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
