Northern Memorial Park

Unyte was tasked with delivering the first stage of works for a new section of Mausoleums at Northern Memorial Park for The Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust.

These works involved cut to fill earthworks, the construction of the roadways and access lanes for the Mausoleum precinct, drainage and hydraulics installation as well as planting and landscaping of the area.

Completing the earthworks within the works zone around protected trees required careful planning to coordinate and stagger plant movement and work areas each day. Consistent review of the program was crucial, as drainage and hydraulics works ran concurrently with road earthworks, which overlapped in most sections.
