Symal is proud to be the joint principal sponsor of the Australian Golf Foundation Junior Girls Scholarship Program, levelling the playing field for girls in golf and helping them discover the joy of the game while building connections at their local club.
Golf can come with practical and financial barriers, particularly early on. This program helps open the door for more girls to build skills, form friendships and enjoy the game, creating positive experiences that encourage them to keep playing.
To help girls feel ready from day one, we've provided a sleeve of Symal golf balls. While a simple gesture, it supports practice, participation and enjoyment as girls begin or continue their golfing journey.
“I’ve always loved golf, not just for the game itself but because it teaches players valuable life skills like patience, problem-solving and composure. Getting outdoors presents physical and mental health benefits, which everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy,” said Joe Bartolo, Symal Group Managing Director.
Symal’s support for young people extends beyond sport. Through Spark, our work experience program, high school students can explore careers in construction, infrastructure and more — helping them better understand future pathways and opportunities.
Symal is proud to back girls who are building confidence, capability and connections - on the course and beyond.
