“The most rewarding part of the ignite program has also been the most challenging.” says Lauren Howell, Symal Site Engineer. “Having a diversity of different disciplines that you have to engage with, so having some exposure to all of those areas was really rewarding and also challenging because it pushed you to engage with every aspect of the project.”
