Our Reconciliation Action Plan

We’re excited to announce that our first Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) has received official endorsement from Reconciliation Australia.

Symal’s Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) demonstrates our ongoing commitment to creating a culturally respectful, inclusive and safe workplace for all our people and making an impact on the wider construction industry.

It declares our intention to take more impactful action towards reconciliation between the wider Australian community, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
