Tackling cancer with Fight Cancer Foundation

Symal breaks Footy Colours Day Fundraising record with an enormous $280,008. 

At Symal, we strive to push what’s possible, and this year's Footy Colours Day campaign throughout September was no exception. Symal Group – Wamarra, Sycle, Unyte, and Incore – along with our subcontractors, clients and partners rallied together in a united effort to support children and their family's fighting cancer. 

In our ninth consecutive year of supporting the Fight Cancer Foundation, we’re thrilled to announce that we raised a record-breaking $280,008, smashing our 2024 target of $160,000. These contributions will make a meaningful impact, providing essential support for accommodation centers and advancing life-saving cancer research. 

This outstanding achievement has brought our nine-year total to over $675,000, a testament to our ongoing commitment to this cause. 

Across Victoria and beyond, our teams hosted BBQs and events at various sites, embracing their team spirit to celebrate the AFL finals and raise critical awareness and funds to help kids kick cancer.
