Symal was contracted to complete the civil construction of the Church Street Redevelopment Program including the full reconstruction and beautification of the main street of Whittlesea. The Symal team developed a robust plan to minimise disruption to 400 shop frontages and traffic movement and retained pedestrian access during the build. Works included earthworks, drainage upgrade, asphalting, pavements, and soft and hard landscapes.
