Symal has delivered a complete upgrade to the existing aspects of the Merimbula Airport runway, such as Foam Bitumen Stabilisation for improved strength and lifespan, a new bitumen spray seal and a new line marking. The upgrade works also included a new LED lighting system for improved visibility at night and poor weather conditions.

We will continue with the construction of a new General Aviation Precinct that will provide additional infrastructure for the General aviation members at the airport. We’re proud to play a role in linking the Bega Valley Shire with capital cities across Australia, which will significantly benefit the shire over time.
