Spark

Take part in our workplace experience program and find your spark for construction.

Construction industry sparked your interest?

Chances are, some of the best and brightest minds are yet to step foot on site. That's why we've created Spark, a program designed to deliver a hands-on taster of the world of construction to curious high schoolers.

We remember what it was like to wrestle with the responsibility of choosing a career path with little knowledge of what that career actually looks like. Spark provides a tailored one-week snapshot of the industry, breaking down the basics for budding professionals.

Our experienced teams will introduce students to a range of business segments, from engineering and safety to site management and operations. Spark helps to create a clear picture of where a career in construction can lead.
