This year, we launched our new employee reward and recognition program, Make Excellence Yours, an initiative to recognise team members who go above and beyond, embody our core values and make a lasting impact across the Symal Group.

Celebrating and rewarding great work isn’t just a nice-to-have; it’s what drives our culture of building better together, innovating with intent and pushing what’s possible. We’re taking the time to acknowledge the amazing contributions of our people, strengthening what makes Symal such an extraordinary place to work.

The Collaboration Award has been awarded to Dawn Ziros, Warehouse Manager for Symal

The Performance Award has been awarded to Nick Strutton, Group Strategic Brand Lead for Symal

The Innovation Award has been awarded to Mark Barbaro, Maintenance Manager for Unyte

The Leadership Award has been awarded to Michael Adriaans, Area Manager for Symal

The Community Award has been awarded to Simone Beddison, Finance Assistant for Sycle

Each award winner has taken home a $250 voucher of their choice, a certificate of recognition, an exclusive Symal-branded gift and is in the running to become the 2025 Symal Person of the Year.
