Meet Amy O'Neill, our new National Safety Manager

Symal is thrilled to announce the appointment of Amy O'Neill as the new National Safety Manager. 

Amy comes to Symal with a wealth of experience, having worked in the industry for 16 years and with John Holland for over 13 years, most recently as the Operations Safety Manager for Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania.   

With an extensive background in safety management and a passion for fostering a positive safety culture, Amy aligns perfectly with Symal values.

As our National Safety Manager, Amy will work to enhance safety delivery across all Symal projects, focusing on building and sustaining a strong safety culture that aligns seamlessly with Symal's vision for the future.

Amy's dedication to supporting her team and fostering growth, particularly for women in the industry, and her experience in leading teams spread across various states will be instrumental in addressing the challenges of geographic dispersion and strengthening our national safety efforts.

Amy's expertise, combined with our existing capabilities, will elevate our safety standards and reinforce Symal's commitment to excellence.
