Symal was awarded the contract with Avalon Airport to upgrade the existing car park to create approximately 500 extra car parking spaces to coincide with Avalon Airport’s international flights offering from December 2018.
The project works consisted of carpark pavement construction, asphalt re-sheeting, installation of storm water and line-marking. Our team worked closely within AAL (Avalon Airport Limited) in a confined and staged work zone under an aggressive works program to meet their international flight deadline.
In the spirit of reconciliation, Symal acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their continuing connection to land, sea and water. We pay respect to their Elders past, present and emerging and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
