At the new Point Cook Specialist School, Kindergarten and Prep to Year 9 campus, Symal is bringing together civil, structural and landscaping expertise to deliver a major education precinct for Melbourne's west.
Working alongside Built Environs under a Design and Construct contract, our team is delivering multiple disciplines across the entire development, reducing interfaces, streamlining coordination and helping keep delivery moving safely and efficiently.
A major milestone has already been achieved with the rapid delivery of the Specialist School and Kindergarten. Built using modular construction, both facilities have been completed and ready for occupation in under six months, providing much-needed learning spaces sooner for the local community.
Across the broader precinct, our scope includes earthworks, structural ground slabs, precast installation, suspended post-tensioned slabs, civil pavements, and hard and soft landscaping.
The pace of delivery has been driven by detailed planning, strong self-perform capability and close collaboration with Built Environs from design through to construction.
Once complete, the new campus will provide modern, purpose-built learning environments for local students and families, creating a lasting legacy for one of Victoria's fastest-growing communities.
