Supporting Barwon Water to protect and provide safety upgrades to Colac’s water supply, Symal was engaged to carry out embankment and concrete spillway works. The works involved significant safety upgrades to the existing reservoir, including the upgrade of the existing weighting berm and new concrete spillway in line with ANCOLD Dam Safety Management guidelines.
In the spirit of reconciliation, Symal acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their continuing connection to land, sea and water. We pay respect to their Elders past, present and emerging and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
We acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as Australia’s First Peoples whose cultural practices continue today.
