Allen Reservoir Dam

Barwon Water is Victoria’s largest regional urban water corporation providing world class water, recycled water and sewerage services. This major water infrastructure project marked a significant step for our infrastructure division.

The works involved the major upgrade of the existing earthen dam, increasing the dam’s capacity by raising the dam crest and upgrading and significantly increasing the capacity of the existing concrete spill way, providing flood protection for the township of Lorne in Victoria.
