Held last Friday night at the RACV City Club, the evening brought together some of the construction industry’s most respected leaders, emerging talent and high-performing teams to recognise excellence in training, leadership, innovation and skills development across the sector.
With 15 award categories presented across the evening, we were incredibly proud to see every one of our shortlisted finalists walk across the stage to accept their award in their respective category. From leadership and sustainability through to administration and First Nations leadership, each and every recognition reflects the depth of talent across our businesses and the people who continue to make a positive impact through the way they work, lead and support those around them.

Each award reflects the contribution our people make to the industry every day whether, through leadership, innovation, collaboration or creating meaningful opportunities for others. These achievements are a testament to the individuals and teams who continue to push what’s possible while staying true to how we work: supporting each other, leading with care and building better together.
The night was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the broader industry and recognise the outstanding people helping shape the future of construction across Victoria.
Congratulations to all finalists and winners recognised throughout the evening and thank you to CCF Victoria for hosting another memorable event celebrating the people driving our industry forward.
